Location

Westbury Leigh is situated on the western edge of the small Wiltshire town of Westbury, and adjacent to the village of Dilton Marsh. Housing development has steadily increased over the past 30 years, with a further 1000+ houses being built close to the church.

There is a combined Primary and Junior school in Leigh Park, with Secondary schooling provided at Comprehensive schools in Westbury, Warminster and Trowbridge.

Local industry is varied and is distributed over several small industrial parks in  and around Westbury. Many residents commute to Bath (15 miles), Bristol (25 miles), Trowbridge (5 miles), Warminster (4 miles) or Frome (4 miles).

Westbury sits at the railway junction of the main lines from London to Penzance, and South Wales to Southampton, and provides fast links to these areas. It also has easy access to the A303 and M3, whilst to the north is the M4.
